Product Review & Needs Analysis:
We initially seek details/ technical specifications or drawings of the product from our clients.

Supplier Identification:
Based on the required quantity, frequency of consumption, pricing terms and client’s any other requirement; we carry out in-depth supply industry research for the particular requirement. We Identify potential suppliers and send the specifications upon the confirmation of their manufacturing capabilities.

RFx Management:
Develop and issue RFI’s which captures key information of the factories, supplier capabilities and past history & RFQ’s with terms and conditions for best initial and continued pricing

Recommendation/ Negotiation:
Supplier recommendation based on the key findings and limited knowledge and Negotiate with the Companies on behalf of the Client for a Cost-Effective quote

Sourcing Report:
Our sourcing report consists of following information:

• List of the suppliers Identified
• Bidders List: Details captured from RFP responses of the proposed suppliers among all those  contacted
• Bid Analysis: Quotations of the suppliers with cost break up along with terms and conditions for purchase.
• Supplier cost and capability assessment/ supplier scoring report Sourcing recommendation
